InstantlyPlay respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users and content partners to do the same. This policy explains how to send us a DMCA notice or counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. §512 (the “DMCA”).
Quick summary:
- If your copyright is being used on InstantlyPlay without permission, send us a DMCA notice.
- If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice.
- We may disable or remove content and, when appropriate, suspend repeat infringers.
1) Designated DMCA Agent

2) Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe material on InstantlyPlay infringes your copyright, your notice must include all items below (per §512(c)(3)):
- Your contact info: full name, mailing address, phone, and email.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (a single work or a representative list).
- Identification of the infringing material and its location on InstantlyPlay (a URL to the exact page(s) and a description sufficient to help us locate it).
- A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
Email your notice to [email protected]. If your notice is missing required elements, we may be unable to act on it.
What happens next
- We’ll review the notice, remove or disable access to the identified material where appropriate, and notify the user who posted it.
- In appropriate cases, we may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
3) Privacy
We are required to share complete DMCA notices and counter-notices—including your contact information—with the affected user and, if necessary, with third parties such as hosting providers or Lumen Database. By submitting a notice, you consent to this disclosure.
